Exclusive to High Country Gardens. The Soft Colors Inferno Strip Pre-Planned Garden was created by renowned garden designer Lauren Springer. When faced with the prospect of revitalizing or removing a strip of dying Kentucky Bluegrass on her property, she replaced it with a beautiful combination of tough, xeric, lower growing perennials. Designed for an inferno strip (the narrow strip of ground between the sidewalk and street), this garden is also ideal for other hot, sunny, sites like those found against garage walls, along driveways, or in raised brick planter beds.
The Soft Colors Inferno Strip Pre-Planned Garden is available in two sizes, and comes with a garden map and care and planting instructions. For best results, we recommend planting with Yum Yum Mix and Root Stimulator Combo Pack, and mulching with 2” of crushed gravel. Pair with our Soft Colors Garden Fall-Planted Bulb Collection.
The large garden covers 60 square feet (5’ x 12’) and includes 27 plants:
